I recently graduated from the Graduate Certificate Program in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University.  

Bringing my fascination for people to coaching, along with my sacred gift of cultural integration and my previous experience with fitness and nutrition coaching, I am thrilled to discover what a great fit this is!  It feels like everything I have done in my life has led to this calling.
